Not updated list of cities in province

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
List of cities is not updated if you click on uncolonized provinces
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start/load game (me as Carthage)
Toggle map mode to trade goods (did not test on other modes)
Select (colonized) city in province (which has uncolonized cities, southern Tunis/Algieria in my case)
Select uncolonized city in the same province
Select uncolonized city in the neighbouring province - list of cities in UI (on the left) is not updated, I need to click on colonized province to have list of cities updated
