I:R - Not receiving achievements/achievement broken

Not receiving achievements/achievement broken

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started a game as Egypt, and I simply didn't get the "New Kingdom" and "Soter" achievements. I have all the conditions for New Kingdom. I also have all the conditions for Soter, but it says I don't... it requires the Great Lighthouse in Alexandria, which I have built and I have the modifier for in the city, but it's not appearing visually.

I tried loading the save back up and waiting a month...nothing. I also built the Library of Alexandria fyi.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as Egypt
2. Don't get the achievement

1. New Kingdom isn't bugged. The achievement clearly states you need to form Egypt as part of the achievement so obviously you can't get it when you start as Egypt.
2. Soter is bugged indeed because achievement only recognizes tier 1 and tier 2 lighthouse for some reason, you built the best one a.ka tier 3. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Oh ok, my bad then! I saw that it said Form Egypt...but I thought it was just a spelling mistake or smth. Didn't know there is a decision to form Egypt. Also didn't know there are different tiers to the lighthouse, I thought the events were just about delaying the building like the channels in EUIV.
