no more than 5 generals/admirals

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
when ever i assign more than 5 generals or admirals anytime i reload the save the 6th general or admiral is gone. It looks like he was deleted by the game.

I had bought the game on steam a few days after release and i very much enjoy it. but i can't conquer a whole lot with only 4 armies and 1 naval fleet.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
create more than 5 armies or navies and assign leaders to them.

I never had this happen to me. Does this happen only when you reload a save? Also, does this happen on other saves or just the one?

yes any save that has more than 5 generals or admirals. when i load it the 6th one will be always be gone.
