New male family members just appear from nothing

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Opened a new game with Egypt. One family has only two male adults. Then waiting for a month. Suddenly a third man appears in the list. See screenshots right at the beginning and after 1 month.

Families with insufficient valid members to fufil their job demand adopt minor characters to fill their ranks. Very likely this has happened here.

Agree - there are message settings for almost everything, so it wouldn't hurt to add one here as well.

This behaviour is indeed WAD, but I added a suggestion to our JIRA database to add a notification option for it.
