One of the Senate Parties has negative value. What is it?

Hello!

We require a save game to properly investigate the issue. Please attach a zipped save here, if possible.
Save games can usually be found at: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\save games

I don't have a save either, But something is drastically broken in the senate. I get large, (seemingly) random changes to the number of seats each party holds every time I exit to desktop and then resume the game later. And I mean immediate change without even unpausing the game. They must be having elections while I'm logged out...

Same issue here when playing as Boi. Attached the ironman save (zipping doesn't change its ize)
