Negative desired pop ratio for nobles distorts calculation of pop ratios for other pop types

Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not sure if this WAI or more than I cosmetical problem, but it is currently possible that the desired pop ratio for Nobles can be negative (I would have expected that a calculated negative value would be just onverted 0, before factored in), which kind of distorts the value for the other pop types (or at least makes them even less understandable than before - that ratio system is already complex enough for my taste with out such an issue!) - as you can see the equally desired Tribesmen and Slaves are both at 76%.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load save and have a look on the desired pop ratios in the territory of Anderva.
