Navy moves to wrong province from port

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you dock your navy in Appolonia and command it to move to the Mare Adriaticum (which is where the port is) it will detour through Fretum Hydruntinus.
I guess it's just that the port counts as being placed in the Fretum Hydruntinus but the visual port is in Mare Adriaticum...
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just place the navy in Appolonia and try to get it out of the port and you will see it detours.
