My province(s) were added to another nation and I don't know why

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as Seleukids. Got almost all of Syria as 4th war concessions. Later, the area of Palmyra became disloyal. Later I looked and it had been taken by the Antigonids, who had previously a few remaining provinces pocketed in the region. But they never declared war, Palmyra never became independent (no war notification), I don't think the governor was enticed as it was only 3 provinces over 2 areas. So I'm not sure how they took it. It may not be a bug, but I know of no feature that does this.
