Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I want to report a bug. Whenever Epirus enacts the decision to Form Macedon, the capital will not correctly move from Ambrakia to Pella.
It switches to Pella, then immediately switches back to Ambrakia/Nikopolis.
