Minor graphic bug when you zoom in the top left corner of the map

Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you zoom in the top-left most corner of the map (where the clouds are) the Indicator with your country flag starts flickering and gets replaced by a zoomed in and distorted view of the clouds
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game, pan the camera to the top left most corner and zoom in
