Description of problem
Map is pure light blue

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Map area is pure light blue (water I guess). Mini-map and bar at the top are visible and clickable. Tool tips pop up sometimes ("impassable area", "beyond naval range"). Time can advance. I just can't see the map. F12 didn't seem to take a screenshot.
I'm running Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS. I'm able to run EU4/CK2/Stellaris just fine.
