Description of problem
Levies only comprise of one unit type (currently archers) although integrated culture pops give chances of other types majority being light or heavy infantry. Happens every play through regardless of empire, tech level, government style etc.

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Levies only raise as archers, happens with every culture, government type and tech level. I have all of Hellenic Greece and some of other cultures interpreted as citizens and nobles but does not fix problem.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start game, integrate one culture.

I found a workaround. In ImperatorRome/game/common/units/ set all land units except engeneers and donkeys to "levy_tier = special".
I have a steam version and all DLC except epirus and heirs of alexander
Obviously this way the game doesn't take into account pop types as I assume it was designed to do. And it ignores resource requirements, but at least it doesn't just grab the first unit type it can and runs with it.
