Legion stuck in Build Road mode after getting the Roman Road tradition

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had my legion in the Build road mode that costs 120% legion upkeep, once I learned the Roman Road tradition the Build Road icon disappeared and got replaced with the new Build Road button. My legion was stuck in the old Build Road ability and the game doesn't let you select a new ability to replace the others since you can't have multiple activated at the same time as seen in the attachment.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as Rome.
2. Research technology to get a Legion.
3. Have the costly Build Road ability activated on the Legion.
4. Enable the Roman Roads tradition for the army.
