Legion distinction "Poliocertes" does not apply its Siege Engineer bonus (didn't check whether other distinctions work)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Legion Distinction "Poliocertes" does not apply its +1 Siege engineers bonus to sieges. This leads me to believe other distinctions don't work either, should be checked.
Screenshot below showing an ongoing siege with a Legion having that distinction and an absent siege bonus. (The other +1 is from the 2 Engineer regiments)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure whether you can assign distinctions with console commands, but keep sieging fortresses until you get the distinction, then siege some more and see for yourself.
