Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When forming the League of Corinth through the mission tree, it became independent instead of a feudatory subject. Though, it became Athenai first then became the the League of Corinth. Also, I released three provinces as subjects for the mission requirement. This might have been a factor, but I don't know.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as Macedon
2. Conquer Greece
3. Finish the "League of Korinthos" mission for Macedonia

This is my save file from my recent Macedonian game and I had the exact same results. I completed the mission tree, finished Matters in Macedonia twice and then started the current. The second version of my save was copied before I declared my last war on the Antigonids to remove their influence and then diplomatically dominate the last 3 nations in the south.
