Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
the computation or resulting fraction of the number of trade routes from pops in the province as a whole is not available anywhere with any decimals. the numbers are available on the territory-level, not the province-level - but that's the one that counts.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
look around the province UI. the numbers are available on the territory-level, not the province-level.
