Insulae and Bacon inventions have a comma error

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The insulae inventions give 1% pop capacity and bacon gives 1% food output. Comparing them to other inventions that give the same modifiers i guess that is unintended. Other inventions give a much larger amount so i think they are suppposed to give a 10% bonus and be on par with the other ones.
