Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It's possible to gain all inventions and 100 stability by any diadochy empire by repeating mission diadochi_hellenistic_empire.
It gives 4 innovations and some stability and can be repeateble.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. start as any diadochy
2. complete initial 3 mission trees to unlock diadochi_empire tree
3. form empire
4. start diadochi_empire mission tree
5. finish mission diadochi_hellenistic_empire and get event with innovations and stability
6. abandon diadochi_empire mission tree
7. go to step 4
