In Epirus mission tree, decision to create Magna Grecia client state put wrong cultured character in charge

Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack
Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The decision from Epirus' mission to to release Magna Graecia as a client state released it under a Sabellian ruler instead of one from the Hellenistic culture family. Not sure if this is a bug but it prevents some of the missions in the tree from being completed and also seems a little odd.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Conquer Magna Graecia as Epirus and complete the mission that lets you release it as a client state
