Description of problem
I:R cant join game when clicking begin

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.4.0

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i press new game, after that in the start screen i cant move arround the map. Even when I click "begin"

Hast du mods aktiviert? Kannst du die Karten mit gedrückter rechter Maustaste rotieren oder mittels Pfeiltasten bewegen?

Wenn nicht, lade bitte deine Logs (USERNAME\Dokumente\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\logs) & ein DX Diag (kann via Startmenü suche ausgeführt werden) hoch damit wir die Angelegenheit genauer untersuchen können.
