Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not a bug, just some feedback. Right now, in the Religion window, you can see the name of the country which owns a specific Holy Site, as well as the territory where it is located, only after you have switched Deity. Clicking on the "Change Deity" button brings out the list of eligible Deities, alongside the level of the Holy Site (if already present) and the flag of the current owner. I think it would be more informative, if feasible, to see the owner country and territory names in the list, maybe in the tooltip. This way players would have the chance to know these informations before changing Deity.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open Religion window, select "Change [name of Religion] Deity" to bring out the list of eligible Deities.
