In the province setup, province 7897 (Eleusis) has the following line:
holy_site = demeter
However, this does not work, and thus there is no holy site to Demeter, because it is missing its omen_ bit.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Find the associated entry 7897 in the greece_region, add omen_ infront demeter, and its fixed!
