Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Hellenistic Empire mission tree can be aborted an restarted without any cooldown, making it able to take one of the first missions an indefinite amount of times with minimal requirements (having the empire government form) to get 4 inventions and 35 stability instantly.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1 As the Antigonids, expand moderately during the Diadochi Wars
2 Become an empire
3 Finish Antigonos' vision mission tree to unlock the Hellenistic Empire missions
