Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I zoom in close enough to see the separate cities, the graphics freak out, screen is covered in blotches of black and blue, changes as I move across the map. This occurs in-game and in the nation selection screen, I've tried everything with the graphics settings. I put 16 hours into the game before having this problem. Playing on Mac.
