Graphical bug when I play the game

What platform are you playing on?

What game version are you running?
Happens in all versions

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I view the map outside of the farthest zoom out weird lines appear that block the view but the map looks sort of normal when viewed from birds eye view except in the water. This happens whenever I view the map on any version. I have tried deleting everything but nothing works.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I Don't know how to I have only seen it on my computer.
