germanic tribe migrates and settles extremly spread out

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I played as a germanic tribe and blobbed. Then one of the smaller nations (in todays denmark) that bordered me packed all their stuff and migrated but they inhabited places both in todays netherlands and in the middle of germany where they settled in the low pop places (also i saw it that a tribe settled in a 0 pop place and immediatly afterwards left again. Just make the restriction that it has to be connected to your current capital or close enough to a settlement connected to the capital. In a second case a tribe did not even fully migrate but instead sent some pops to live in the middle of germany while the capital stayed in scandinavia.

Can you provide a save so we can take a look at the issue in detail?
From the description it sounds like this is not a bug per se, but something design might want to think about tweaking.
