What game version are you running?
1.0.2 (checksum d5ee)

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Played 5 years as Egypt, exited to main menu in order to restart. Started new game as Egypt, but then couldn't select national idea or unpause the game (tried space bar and clicking play button). Tried to exit to desktop, and game froze, and eventually crashed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Repeatable and reproducible on my end.
- start ironman game as Egypt (I also tried with Rome
same result).
- Immediately quit to main menu
- start new ironman game with same country
- CTD

Have tried this a couple times now and it no longer freezes, it just CTDs instantly as soon as I get into the game.

I experience the same. I had no CTD's before the patch and despite that it's running well.

Same here. I could also reproduce the crashes with the same method, regardless, if it it is a new or a loaded game.
