I was not able to reproduce your issue, is it possible that you can attach a savefile for your gamestate when this issue occurs, or a crashlog that was generated when the game crashed? The games crashlogs are typically found in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\crashes
