Game crash when looking for Achievements

Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack
Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game crashes when I open the Achievements and scrolling down.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Press Esc
2. Press Achievements
3. Scroll down
4. Mouse over Germania Magna
5. Game crash
