Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The "Fruits of Picenum" text asks me to build farm estates in certain provinces. It is not clear if this means slave estate or farming settlement.

I agree that the wording could and should be clearer, but in case the targetted territories have food ressources the text is probably refering to farming settlements (which is always the case in generic development missions)
