Description of problem
Frontline running out of strength causes an early defeat

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.3.2

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If all units in the frontline lose all of their remaining strength during a single day that side loses the fight even if there were reinforcements available.

Morale running out doesn't have similar issue so recommended fix is to mimic that behavior.

This basically only happens with mono-stacks so the fix priority should be low.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
  1. tag kyd
  2. ai pyr
  3. military_experience 200
  4. Buy two right-most traditions to unlock Mega-Polyremes.
  5. cash 99999
  6. instant_build
  7. Build 30 Mega-Polyremes
  8. Move them out.
  9. tag pyr
  10. annex grt (to get port)
  11. yesman
  12. ai kyd
  13. Declare war on Kydonia.
  14. navy 150
  15. Wait until morale is restored.
  16. Move to attack Kydonia's navy.
  17. Watch the battle, the 3rd group of Liburnians should run out of strength.
  18. Battle ends instantly even though there are 60 fresh Liburnians in the reserve.
