Forming Belgia does not change flag

What platform are you playing on?

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While playing Menapia. I formed Belgia. This didn't change my flag. Only after a restart of the game the flag changed.

Hello!

Your flag should not change at all after forming that nation.
Can you provide a save prior to the TAG change so we can investigate the issue?

I am playing on Ironman, I did not make a save prior to the TAG switch I do have screenshots from from after the tag switch, but still before I shut down the game, so it still uses the flag from Menapia.

I also have a screenshot from after the reload where the flag changed in color:

It seems the issue here is that the flag uses your primary color, but the game doesn't run a proper flag update if only the color of a country changes (and not the flag itself).
I have added the issue to our JIRA bug database.
