Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When merging supply wagons with an army, then using the 'detach support' button, the game will fill the army's food store, but if the total food carried is greater than the army's food store, the food will simply vanish to the aether, instead of being returned to the wagon's store, leaving you a metric tonne of food short, and depleted wagons.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Merge and army with a diminished food store with a supply wagon that has more total food than the army's food storage capacity.

2. Split them using detach support.

3. And your food is gone.

Yes, this is a problem. Happens even when the army in the question is stationary (laying a siege).

I can confirm that this happens. Strangely if you split the army instead of using detach support, the supply train takes its carrying capacity worth of food with it.
