Files for Persia are missing

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.0.0

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
while trying to make a mod, i noticed some files were missing for Persia.

- There is no "Persia" file in the countries files (although this might be because it is a formable nation?)

- There is no mention of Persia in the localization files for countries. There is no PER:0 "Persia/Persian Empire" and PER_ADJ:0 "Persian"


now this might be because there is mention of the name of Persia in the nation_formation file in localization, but i suspect this isn't the case, since THE FRENCH countries localization file does have the 2 lines: PER:0 "Empire perse"
PER_ADJ:0 "perse"

Steps to reproduce the issue.
go to game/localization/english/countries_l_english.yml
There is no mention of Persia in the file.

Go to game/common/countries …. and then caucasiamesopotamia? or Arabia maybe? both maps don't have a file for Persia.
