Faulty Description in Rome Mission "growth of Magna Graecia"

What game version are you running?
2.0.1

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the mentinoned Mission there seems to be an error with the Trade achievement. As you can see in the attached files it say that there must be True statement for one of two conditions. While the 2nd one is obviously faulty, the 1st is weird too. In my game Laus is NOT a port, but the condition is still wrong. So I checked other languages and while it is the same in English, German and Spain it say "Laus IS a port" in French. so there is a contradiction in the text. And since the condition gets checked when building a port in Laus, the French version seems to be correct.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
PS: Could you pls tell me the 2nd condition? I really dont need a port in Laus...
PPS: Those "0.0 is" conditions seem to happen in a lot of missions btw. I preordered this game and STILL couldnt enjoy playing a single game further then the conquest of Italy until either an update killed the savegame or bugs annoyed the hell out of me :/

From game files: own a state with at least one port where your subjects and you have at least 3 ports together (min 2 from subjects), so 0 is amount of your subjects with port, and state capital seems to calculates first in port amount, but you have no subjects with 2 ports, so calculation breaks at this point. But it's only my guess (about stopping calculation)

I noticed you can simply ignore that condition. The mission gets accomplished without it. Still weird thogh.
Thanks! That is helpful. But just to make sure I understand the logic, are you saying I can complete the mission by making sure that all port territories in Bruttium are both cities and fortified so long as Locri Epizephyrii is not a port? If so, I don't understand why one of the requirements is to make sure that a specific territory is NOT a port. It seems counterintuitive to a mission that is ostensibly about improving the trade prospects of a province. Maybe I am misunderstanding the mission logic?

The first condition in the tooltip is displayed incorrectly, which leads basically everyone to not understand the logic. In the game files it is much clearer:
You need to have at least three ports in the province, two of which may be owned by a subject.

So, yes, it may be possible to fulfill the mission by deleting ports, but only if you have enough left.

As far as I understand that condition is null and void completely. So it does not get checked whether that one territory is a port or not. You just need to fullfill the other conditions (fortified ports etc.).
