Everyone is married to the same woman and she doesn't know

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
For each important family in my country every man thinks he's married to the same woman, while she's not been informed about that and egoistically keeps making children only with her real husband. The wife is different for every family but sometimes two or more clans choose the same woman.
Exceptions are that sons are not married to their mothers (so they never marry) and this doesn't apply to women, meaning they don't share all the same husband but instead don't marry at all.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
-Choose a country;
-difficulty doesn't matter;
-ironman mode on (I didn't try to turn it off);
-MIxed gender rules on/off, doesn't matter;
-Start the game;
-Check important families;
- Every man should have the same wife.

Really same here. If this isn't a candidate for hotfix, I don't know what is. It creates a limited number of children meaning you have big problems 50 years in the future.

Same here. Deleted all the folders for a clean install. Didn't work. Don't know why you think it works.

Yes, it´s truly dissapointing. I can´t really play while this bug is still there

It's a database management system where you can create entries for things - bugs for example - and where they can be assigned to people, their status can be tracked, you get to see what happened at which point in time, and so on.

So, for example, I write a short entry (aka a JIRA) that explains the issue, provides repro steps and a comparison of how it currently works and how it is supposed to work. The JIRA will get prioritized and assigned to someone in the team who is supposed to be able to deal with it, then it gets assigned back to me so I can check if the fix was actually successful and if all that is done the issue ends up as an entry in some changelog of some future release/patch.

Can also confirm this bug. It continues to apply even if a new Great House is promoted. Male was unmarried, he got promoted and started a new great house. He immediately showed married to another adviser's wife. Game breaking.
