Event " Wealthy Patron " gives Library instead of Grand Temple

Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack
Do you have mods enabled?
No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not sure if this something got messed up with the building changes for 2.0 or the tech requiremen for Grand Temples collides with this event, but gaining a Library just does break immersion if you read the text:
(If this is solely related to not having the invention, this event should be either blocked from happening until you have it or an exception should be made somehow, so that you can get the temple)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Random event: I attached a save with it pending; see tooltip for 1st outcome choice and the result if you pick it. Alternatively/additionally: Examine event script.
