Event option "Buy up failing trade empire" takes my gold but does not give a free trade investment (i.e. no extra import route)

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Event option "Buy up failing trade empire" takes my gold but does not give a free trade investment (i.e. no extra import route).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get the event where the noble whines he lost his fruit on a failed trade.

Choose option 3, buy up the failed trade empire.

Observe the lack of a new import route.

Nevermind, the trade route appears to have been created at the start of the next month instead of immediately.
