Even "Rising from Obscurity" can generate nameless great family

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Shortly after doing a proscription, said event came up. 1st choice is to appoint a character called simply "Peithon" to found Family, which has no Name (BTW, the 2nd and 3rd choices are also a bit "special" - both will create again the family Mummii family, which fell through the proscription shortly before - and the 3rd option would additionally install my royal consort as female family head)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
See the Pictures and /or;
1. Load attached save
2. Let the game run for a few ingame-days
3. Get the event pop-up and choose the 1st Option
4. Visit Great Family screen
(Note: If needed I cound provide a save from bevor the proscription as well)
