No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of my legions just received the honour 'Adiutrix' for some reason, but the effects aren't being applied to its experience. Supposedly experience decay should be reduced by 1%, but this isn't happening, even after waiting for the monthly tick.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Wait for a legion to receive this honour somehow? Not sure how.
