Disbaning does not provide manpower

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Disbanding units doesn't add the manpower back to the pool.
Contrary to the description.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Read the description of the disband button.
Disband units.
Observe Manpower Pool.

Thanks for the report!

The tooltip is indeed misleading - disbanding troops does not return manpower, it simply means you have less units soaking up MP via renforcement needs.
The issue has been added to our JIRA database, ja.
