Demetrius GUI Scaling

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Demetrius patch, 1440x900, my UI scaling opinions are limited to maximum 0.7, which is quite annoying to play even with someone with a good eyesight.

Thanks for the report.

This is not actually a bug, but I have added a suggestion to our database to allow users to override the new UI scaling limitations.
