Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The cultural levy breakdown for the Dahae culture is as follows: 10% LI, 20% HC, 20% LC, 25% archers, 35% Horse Archers, which sums to 110%. This seems to be causing issues with the levies which appear to be getting raised as close to 50% archers (based on figures from loading at start date as Parnia)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start new game as Parnia, check tooltip for Dahae cultural levy breakdown, check your levies on the mil screen
