Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Was playing as Egypt, at war with Judea, civil war fired and CTD. Ironman game,

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Reloaded the auto save still CTDs after a few day so lost my ironman game.

The recent hotfix is not compatible with 1.0.0 Ironman games.
To continue your 1.0.0 campaign, you need to select the "1.0.0 - Old Version" beta branch in steam.
