I was reloading after losing an army - do this often with no issues until now.
Reload got to the display, with always only shows at the end of the load, and shows Loading savegame 100%. Then froze.
Finally found that there was an error display hidden behind the display for Paradox Crash Reporter. No way to make that visible.
Then another hidden display 'appeared' followed by another hidden error message 'An Error Occurred' - The Paradox Crash Reporter does not have the required arguments to upload the latest crash.
Had to force close the game. Found a folder imperator_20190509_165309 in ..\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\crashes with the attached files.
Looked in ..\Paradox Interactive\CrashReporter\logs and found this in the error.log:
[16:56:39][crash_reporter_impl.cpp:66]: PDX CrashReporter requires -crashdir and -uploadurl command line arguments (-crashdir missing)
and system.log lists:
[16:56:39][systemsettings.cpp:71]: CPU Model: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
[16:56:39][systemsettings.cpp:72]: CPU Speed: 4008MHz
[16:56:39][systemsettings.cpp:73]: CPU Physical Cores: 4

EDIT: Now cannot reload the game getting Steam - Error : An error occurred while updatingImperator:Rome (app running). Looking at the Task Manager I can see entries for:
CrashReporter.exe, GameOverlayUI.exe, Steam.exe, SteamService.exe and 6 copies of steamwebhelper.exe.
Tried to run Verify Integrity of Game Files - Get an error 'Please exit any running games or tools before attempting to verify your local files'. Needed to remove CrashReporter task. Verified OK and games loads.
