Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I want to import a resource from the country of "Bruttia"
I have more grounds for acceptance than grounds for refusal.
There is even the logo displayed in green to indicate that it is ok.
But the road acceptance button is greyed out.
The ground of refusal indicates "Bruttie does not want to lose the advantage for his capital"
So, is this a bug?
Or else the motive "does not wish to lose the advantage for its capital" comes first. If there is this reason, is the transaction automatically refused?
Steps to reproduce the issue.
To want to make a transaction with the reason "does not want to lose the advantage for its capital" having more reason of acceptance than of refusal.
