Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Commerce bonus from goods not working. It shows in city screen but don't count in province comerse or even in economy screen.
I noticed it in my another game as Sparta but Maurya more visible. So it happens to AI too.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play game, get trade goods, compare values.
