Cloud saves not working (steam).

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.01

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When saving game with the save to cloud tick box selected, game does not save to cloud. When checking in the steam refill for game it says no data has been used on saving to cloud. Unable to load save onto different PC (no saves displayed).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Save game to cloud, then check, and then be sad.
