Description of problem
Can't move out treasures from non active holy sites

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.4.1

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack,
Magna Graecia Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Treasures that are stored in a holy site that belong to a deity not currently active in your pantheon do show up in your reliquary, but they don't show up when you try to assign them to an active holy site.

The only way to get them is to switch out gods and then remove/switch out the treasures and then switch back to the desired deity. That costs 30 stab and makes me stroke out.

If you really want a specific powerful relic, you can desecrate the holy site holding it. But be warned that you'll lose that holy site and its effects.

Hello!

This is indeed working as designed. You do not get free access to items in holy sites that are not of your state pantheon.
To get your hands on those relics you'll either have to make the related deity part of the pantheon or desecrate the holy site.
