Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Starting a new mission with Cartage "Embellir Carthage"
In the trade category, an inland province require a port
Also, it's missing text in the title and the second line which is "0.0 est."

Steps to reproduce the issue.

We require a save game to properly investigate the issue. Please attach a zipped save here, if possible.
Save games can usually be found at: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\save games

You can simply ignore that condition. The mission is successful when all other conditions are true.
